Privacy Policy

This policy covers what nikkidon.com ("The Nikki Don Show," "we," "us") actually collects from you when you use this site — not a generic template. If something below ever stops matching what the site really does, tell us and we'll fix it.

What we collect

Account & membership. If you create an account, we store your email address and (if you provide it) your name. If you subscribe to a paid membership, Stripe (our payment processor) handles and stores your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your subscription status, billing dates, and Stripe customer/subscription IDs so we can grant or revoke access to member content.

Forms you submit. The Booking, Partner, and Newsletter forms collect whatever you enter into them — typically name, email, phone, brand/company name, and your message. We use this only to respond to your request; it is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used — pages visited, general location (city/country level), device type, and referral source. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Automatically collected. Like most websites, our server logs basic technical information (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and abuse-prevention purposes — for example, to rate-limit form submissions.

How we use it

To operate your account and membership, respond to booking/partnership inquiries, send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, membership status), maintain site security, and understand overall site usage through analytics. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & similar technology

We use: (1) authentication cookies/tokens to keep you signed in, (2) Google Analytics cookies for usage statistics, and (3) Stripe's own cookies during checkout, governed by Stripe's privacy policy. You can block cookies in your browser; doing so may prevent sign-in or checkout from working correctly.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the site work: Supabase (database and authentication hosting), Stripe (payment processing), our email delivery provider, and Google Analytics. Each handles data under their own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Account and membership records are kept for as long as your account exists, plus a reasonable period afterward for financial record-keeping. Booking/partner/newsletter form submissions are kept while we're actively working with you, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights & how to reach us

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop processing it, by emailing nikkidon@nikkidon.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. You can also unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time using the link in those emails, and cancel a paid membership at any time from your account's billing portal.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
